Get to Know Me

Hi, I'm Yarona Boster, and just like you, I've experienced my share of stumbles and mistakes, and am still learning new things from them each day. I believe what truly matters is our response to these moments, transforming missteps into opportunities for growth. Life is a journey of navigating unexpected twists, and it's in our reactions to these moments that our essence is revealed.

Over the last 17 years I've been immersed in the fields and studies of early childhood and human development, psychology and coaching. Amid professional growth, my personal life presented repeated encounters with loss, stemming from family history and my own experiences.

Raised by a Holocaust survivor and the victim of parental abuse, I witnessed the impact of resilience in the face of dehumanization, and the determination to find meaning in every part of life, especially the dark moments.

After my parents' divorce, and my sexual assault in my teens, I faced a journey marked by personal struggles and broken relationships.

As time moved on, my family faced the challenges of caring for children born with severe disabilities in my niece and nephew, respectively. Their deaths at the ages of 14, then 22, were a blow to us all, reminders of the fragility of life.

Yet the profoundness of loss had it's greatest impact on me when I took on the care of each of my parent's as they battled with cancer.

First my father, then my mother. As each took their final breaths, the unimaginable pain was a stark reminder of the preciousness of the living. And despite the pain, their enduring love fuels my resilience and desire to help the world find happiness and fulfillment in life's short journey.

Infertility became a 10-year struggle woven throughout the losses, involving multiple surgeries, failed IVF attempts, and miscarriages. Miraculously, my husband and I welcomed a son after assuming parenthood would elude us. This journey led me to support others through running infertility support groups, federal and state advocacy.

In coaching, public speaking and workshops, I focus on parenting, coping with various issues of loss, and infertility.

As a Certified Speaker Coach, I am here to help you share your story with the world.
